We offer two basic vector constructs that allow the AviTag to be placed on either
the C (pAC series) or N (pAN series) terminus of a desired protein, in E. coli.

Biotin AviTag Vectors

AviTag peptide can be placed at either the C-terminus or N-terminus of your protein of interest. Each of our vector constructs has three versions allowing for any gene to be inserted into the multiple cloning site in the correct reading frame. Expression of the AviTagged gene is under the control of the tightly repressed Trc promoter (via lacIQ) and is IPTG-inducible. The vectors confer ampicillin resistance.
