The stably integrated birA gene is induced by the addition of 0.2-0.4% L-arabinose. No antibiotics are required to maintain gene. The use of AVB100 with IPTG inducible vectors (e.g., pAC or pAN AviTag vectors) allows independent control over the expressed gene of interest and the BirA levels. Learn more about this product.
