Cloning Vectors for inserting AVITAG sequence in the N-terminus orientation
These vectors are used to place AVITAG sequence at the N-terminus of the gene of interest.  Three versions of the pAC series vector exist: pACN-4, pAN-5, and  pAN-6 allowing any gene to be placed in frame with the AviTag utilizing the multiple cloning site.  Expression of the AviTagged gene is under the control of the tightly repressed Trc promoter and is IPTG-inducible. The vectors confer ampicillin resistance.
